NEWT is passionate about its customers’ happiness and after a survey, we learned that customers were looking to be able to automate holiday greetings on the NEWT business phone system.
The Holiday Auto Attendant allows for multiple automated attendant greetings (up to 99) to be recorded and enabled to play on pre-determined dates. Greetings can be recorded in advance and then used for various holidays throughout the year. Once these recordings are set up and enabled, there is no requirement to re-record for the year.
